KDI partnered with Moment Chicago to refresh this luxury multi-family property through interior design services, light general contracting, and furnishings. We created a striking first impression with custom lobby panels and completely updated the furnishings across two amenity floors, including social areas, gaming and media rooms, kitchens, lounges, and the pool deck, elevating the resident experience throughout the building.
