Ginny Rosso is a business leader and proud leader of women who are breaking ceilings - literally and figuratively. As the second-generation leader of KDI Design, she blends creativity, strategy, and a passion for people to deliver thoughtful, high-impact commercial interiors across corporate, multi-family, and hospitality spaces.

With over a decade of experience, Ginny has worked her way through nearly every role in the firm, giving her a deep understanding of both design and operations. Today, she focuses on driving growth, fostering collaboration, and ensuring every project moves seamlessly from concept to completion. Guided by the belief that great design goes beyond aesthetics, Ginny leads her team in creating spaces that inspire connection, productivity, and joy.
