PONDS OF NAPERVILLE

Just when “collaboration” and “amenity rich” entered the scene as buzz words for rental communities everywhere, The Ponds of Naperville asked KDI to provide a quick, functional, welcoming, and budget-friendly furniture package for their Clubhouse.  This area was to attract, welcome, and retain residents in a refreshed space offering entertainment and relaxation for the residents.  Achieving that goal was just an example of how the KDI team works together with our partners listening to their exacting needs.
