LJM Partners, an investment firm in the heart of Chicago’s Financial District, sought out KDI to update their open office lounge, requesting a “resimercial” space, where corporate meets residential. KDI expertly provided furniture pieces which created an inviting oasis, with various soft, interactive seating areas. The transformed lounge provides flexibility in that it allows their team to relax, while also offering casual meeting and collaborative areas.
