Knipex Tools, a German manufacturing company, challenged KDI with combining, designing, and furnishing their new stateside headquarters and warehouse.  KDI incorporated and embraced Knipex’s branding in the new 10,200 SF Buffalo Grove, IL office, and manufacturing space. Custom millwork with welded hardware details, bursts of Knipex corporate “red” within furniture finishes, paint accents and carpeting, industrial riveted flooring and raw edginess of artwork and ancillary furniture pieces, bring the concept of raw manufacturing to life, in a most sophisticated way.
